Leading With Human Design was born from a moment of clarity and a hard "no" to being undervalued. The three of us, Jeff, Julie, and Emily, were working on another tech product where we poured in time, vision, and strategy. When it became clear our contributions weren't being recognized, we walked away and chose to build something of our own that was in alignment with us. That decision became the foundation of everything we do.
We took what we knew best – leadership, operational strategy, personal growth, and marketing – and combined it with the most transformative tool we've ever used: Human Design. Because the truth is, most entrepreneurs don't fail from lack of effort. They struggle because they're following cookie-cutter strategies that ignore who they really are. Human Design gave us the clarity and permission to lead differently, and now it's at the core of everything we teach.
